Temporary Probation Policy
This policy will be affected after October 3rd, 2026 until further notice.
Tardiness on content requirements. Failure of providing content for your projects within 3 days after contract agreement will be penalized losing a revision trial. Repeatable violations will lead to a project cancellation.
Tardiness on meeting arrivals. 10 minute wait period upon arrival.
Projects will be finished upon our process period. Early deadline requests are not accepted.
Quote negotiations will be limited.
Complimentary projects will be on hold until April. Any demands from those offered, voucher privilege will be revoked.
Contracts & Agreements
Contract/Agreement must be settled before starting the design process. No changes can be made after agreement.
If contract signature and down-payment has not been fulfilled after the deadline, contract agreement will be terminated and project request will be suspended until further notice.
Project(s)
Project(s) must be completed before the completion deadline. If the project(s) is not completed before the deadline will result in a cancellation.
Failure to respond after contacting you to follow up project(s) updates, the project(s) process will be paused until a response has been received. After 3 business days without a response, the no contact policy will be processed.
Cancellations
Cancellation is within 7 business days of the start date. Cancellations after the project cancellation deadline will forfeit payments that were paid throughout the project process. The weekly payment will be incurred during the week of the cancellation.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable and you will be ineligible from our dissatisfaction policy.
Any postpone updates will occur as part of the no contact policy. After the 3rd postponement on any circumstances or no response has occurred will be penalized with the cancellation policy.
No Contact
Failure to respond upon 3 business days after contacting you in regards to a project(s) follow up, the project(s) will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply as a penalty.
Meetings
Clients are held responsible for their part on any updates for meetings. Any no shows will count as a revision trial attempt.
Meetings will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes. 2 meetings can only be held per business day. Maximum meeting days are 2 days per week. All meetings are held upon request and scheduled. There’s a 15 minute wait time for tardy arrivals. Tardiness will be subtracted from the meeting slot. Meetings will have to be rescheduled after a no show or the amount of tardiness subtracted.
Revisions
After using all revision trials, 15% plus the revision fee will be incurred, and the design process will not be continued until payment is received.
Postpone Updates
Any postpone updates from clients will occur as part of the no contact policy. After the 3rd postponement and no response has occurred will be penalized with a cancellation policy, depending on timing.
Project Requirement
Failure to provide files (images, videos, etc….) required for the project to start our process within a deadline, a revision attempt will be used out of your trials.
Dissatisfaction/Refund
If the project(s) doesn’t fulfill your expectations, 40% will be refunded, depending on the amount of payments made (except the non refundable down payment). Project(s) will not be receivable and content will be deleted off storage. Failure of communication about the status of your satisfaction will be penalized with a cancellation policy.
The first revision trial attempt must be used in order to confirm your satisfaction of the results of the project.
After agreement that project fits upon your expectation, you will be ineligible from our dissatisfaction/refund policy.
Websites
If you’re working on a website with us, we will be in charge of updates and hosting for your website and contract agreement must be fulfilled. Hosting fee will be required to host with us. Understand if agreement has been finalized to buyout the website with all content included, all update requests are separated and fee will be required. Understand we create websites under us. Any content outside, we do not update.
Failure of a monthly payment made upon agreement within 2 days will be penalized with a web page late fee and having the web page(s) archive until payment. After 5 days, the website will be shut down and have to pay the reactivation fee.
Payments
Failure to make any contract payments, late payment will be incurred and payment is required before continuing the project process. Failure to make payment(s) with 3 days, will be penalized with a cancellation policy. Project(s) will not receivable and content will be deleted from our storage.
Arbitration
Client agrees that any disputes are waived, regarding their relationship with us. This includes limitations disputes related to user agreement, usage of our services, and/or rights of privacy/publicity, will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and waive their rights to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Printing Orders
Print request forms must be filled and methods of payments are required before ordering printed documents. Prints documents will be made and delivered by a third party. Any false documentation handed before setting orders and shipment deadline are non-refundable.
