How It Works

After going over your order, we’ll meet to discuss more about our settlement and our design brief, so we can understand what you’re expecting for your design concept. The creating process is more than 2 weeks, depending on the design. Earlier completed dates are requested and non-guaranteed. We require a non-refundable down payment of your total amount. Contract agreement is required before starting the process. In less than five days, we will go over our strategies and mockups before digitizing the design, then submit a file of our final design after we received full payment of the final amount and your project will be marked for completion.

Printing

It is your choice where you want to print your completed design. If you made a decision to print with us, separate payment and contract agreement is required. Shipment will take less than 3 weeks.

Logos & Other Designs

Logos and printed designs take less than 3 weeks to complete. We come up with different concepts for the design and after completing our mockups, we will share our ideas to see if you’re satisfied with the mockups, then we’ll digitalize the chosen mockups, then send them through a file (jpg, png, pdf, etc) after the project is completed.

Websites

Web pages will take more than 2 weeks to complete, depending on how many pages are ordered. We’ll show grid structures and our ideas to see if you’re satisfied. We will also need information on the descriptions for the website so we can plan on sorting information towards the website. We require contract agreement upon hosting the website.

Photo/Videography

We create our projects upon our own researched and captured photos/videos. If you have your own content for us to collaborate, you can send them to us. Otherwise, we go through our photo/videographers or 3rd party to capture photos/videos. Any request to capture more content of photo/videography will be extra.

Packages

Rather than pay for a design each and pay a higher cost, we have packages that will help save your budget. However, our packages will take 1-3 months to complete. We will share a pdf file of a presentation of our ideas and completion of each project during our meetings.

Advance Completion Request

The design process can take time due to the amount of projects and especially the type of project we’re working on for you. However, we offer options to request projects at cost depending on how early you need it completed. Payment is required after finalizing your settlement.

Etsy Orders

Etsy orders are third party and there’s no down-payment required. Web hosting and print orders are separate.

Digital Advertisements

Advertisements are run by us if we’re selected. We include a limited deductible on hosting digital advertisements. We limit 500 contacts for emails and less than 2500 for social media. Videography is not included and will have to purchase our video editing project request in order to add any video projects towards your advertisement request. Our advertisements are run through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Mail Chimp.

Payments

Payments are made electronically. We only accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. If using Zelle, we will instruct you after contract agreement.
